The situation
Blackfoxworld from Rosenheim worked with voucher partners and needed one place to manage these partners and the tasks that came with them. The data had to be as precisely editable as in a database table, but in a clear interface used by several people with different permissions.
What we built
- Partners and other lists can be maintained like a table and exported.
- Task management: create tasks, assign people, set deadlines, sort and tick them off.
- A permission system that controls who can see and edit what.
- A start page as a dashboard that shows the current information at a glance.
The outcome
Partners, tasks and lists were in one place, and each person saw exactly what they needed for their work. The system was built so that new areas could be added without rebuilding what was there.
