Websites and enquiries for landscaping businesses
Agilido builds websites and enquiry flows for landscaping businesses. Your projects show what you can do, enquiries arrive with photos and measurements, and customers in your area find you on Google.
Sound familiar?
If you recognise yourself in any of these, a conversation is worth having.
- In spring the phone rings while you are on site, and callbacks pile up.
- For many enquiries you first drive out to the customer to see what it is even about.
- Enquiries come from outside your area or for work you do not offer at all.
- Your best projects are photos on your phone, and nobody sees them on your website.
What matters
Photos persuade
Anyone having a garden laid out or a patio paved wants to see what your work looks like first. A project gallery you add to yourself from your phone shows that better than any text. Photos are resized on upload so the page still loads quickly.
Enquiries with photos and measurements
An enquiry form asks for what you need for a first assessment: type of work, rough area, postcode and a few photos of the garden. That way you see before driving out whether the job suits you, and save site visits that lead nowhere.
Being found in your own area
Customers search for landscaping together with their town. A well-kept Google Business Profile with service area and reviews, plus one page per service such as paving, garden maintenance or new gardens, gets you into those results. We do not build pages that differ only in the place name, because Google treats them as spam.
Example: what an enquiry at a landscaping business can look like
A typical flow, not a client project. We adapt the rules to your business.
-
The customer chooses the type of work, such as a new garden, paving or regular maintenance.
-
They enter their postcode and rough area; if the address is outside your area, they learn that straight away.
-
They upload two or three photos of the garden and briefly describe what they have in mind.
-
You receive the enquiry bundled by email and decide whether to call, send a quote or suggest a site visit.
-
Maintenance customers can get fixed recurring dates with a reminder beforehand.
Landscaping: frequently asked questions
Above all your projects, your services and your service area. Customers want to see photos, ideally with a short note on what was done. Each main service such as paving, garden maintenance or new gardens gets its own section or page so Google can find it. Add the places you work in, an enquiry form that brings the key details along, and your reviews. Prices are not a must; those who show them usually give guide figures for standard work.
Yes. You log in, create a new project, write two sentences about it and upload the photos straight from your phone. The images are resized and prepared for fast loading automatically, so you do not need to edit anything first. A new project takes a few minutes that way, even in the evening after work on site. If you prefer, we add them for you as part of the care package; then you simply send us the photos.
By having the website make clear early on what you do and where. The enquiry form checks the postcode and tells customers outside your area straight away. Services you do not offer are not on the list. If you have a minimum order, it can be stated in the form. Photos and a rough area also show you what it is about before you call back. That way many unsuitable enquiries sort themselves out before they cost you time.
