Software and websites for cleaning companies
Agilido builds online price calculators, job planning and digital service records for cleaning companies. Customers work out their price themselves, your staff document on site on their phones, and you have every job in one place.
Sound familiar?
If you recognise yourself in any of these, a conversation is worth having.
- Every price request leads to follow-up questions: how many windows, what size, how dirty, how far away.
- For many quotes you drive out to view the site first, even when no job comes of it in the end.
- Recurring jobs, schedules and cover are spread across spreadsheets, calendars and people’s heads.
- Business clients want to know what was cleaned when, and the record sits on paper in the van.
What matters
Prices by fixed rules
Cleaning prices depend on many details, but usually follow clear rules: area, number and type of panes, how dirty, frequency, travel. A price calculator maps exactly these rules. You maintain the values yourself and change them when prices or your service area change.
Recording working time
Building cleaning is one of the sectors in which the start, end and length of daily working time must be recorded and kept under section 17 of the German Minimum Wage Act. Recording it on site by smartphone saves retyping timesheets. The legal review of your solution remains a matter for your tax adviser or lawyer.
Records for business clients
Offices, practices and property managers expect every clean to be documented. A digital checklist per site, ticked off with the time and a photo where needed, answers complaints with a look at the system instead of a search through the folder.
Example: what regular contract cleaning for business clients can look like
A typical flow, not a client project. We adapt the rules to your business.
-
A business client enters the area, room types and preferred frequency online and sees a guide price straight away.
-
You check the request, adjust the quote if needed and set up the site with its checklist and schedule.
-
The visits appear in your staff’s plan; if someone is ill, you move the job to a stand-in.
-
On site your staff tick off the checklist on their phones, and the start and end of work are recorded along the way.
-
At the end of the month the client gets the record as a PDF, and the hours are ready for payroll.
From our work
An online price calculator for a cleaning company: customers put their job together themselves, see the price straight away and send a preferred date.
“I can only recommend them. Very quick response to my enquiry, and professional handling from start to finish.”
Matching services
Cleaning companies: frequently asked questions
It answers the most common question before the phone rings, and every request arrives with all the details you need for the job. Customers choose the service, enter the area or number of panes and see the price straight away. We built such a calculator for Clean-38 from Gifhorn, where the business sets every pricing rule itself, from pane size to travel. Whether a calculator suits your services, we work out in the free initial consultation.
Then the calculator shows a guide price or no price at all, and the customer sends their details as a request. That is typical for deep cleans after a move, heavy soiling or large commercial spaces. Photos and measurements come along straight away, so you can often judge whether the job is worth it without a site visit. Which services get a fixed price and which run as a request is your decision, and you can change it at any time.
Not always, and we will tell you so. For simple scheduling, off-the-shelf industry software is often enough. Custom software pays off when your prices follow your own rules, when customers should calculate and book online themselves, or when several programs do not fit together and you maintain data twice. We often start small, for example with the price calculator, and add planning or records later. Every step has its own fixed price.
