Web apps & custom software
We build web applications for companies whose processes refuse to fit standard software: specialist tools, internal systems and SaaS products. They run in the browser, need no installation, and follow the logic you actually work with.
When this is worth it
If you recognise yourself in any of these, a conversation is worth having.
- Your most important process lives in spreadsheets and email threads, and nobody knows which version is current any more.
- You pay for standard software, use a fifth of it and work around the rest.
- The one process that sets you apart from competitors fits into no off-the-shelf product.
- You have a product idea and want to win paying customers with a first version before building everything.
What you get
- Requirements analysis and concept before the first line of code
- Custom application with user management and permissions
- Integration with your existing systems and data sources
- Training, documentation and ongoing operation

Requirements workshop & concept
A big idea becomes a solid concept with requirements, roles, a data model and an effort estimate you can plan with.
MVP & SaaS development
From product idea to the first paying customers, with subscriptions, payment, multi-tenancy and growth in stages.
Mobile apps
For iOS and Android or as a progressive web app, when you need push notifications, offline use or the camera.
What drives the price
Every project has a fixed price, which you receive after the free initial consultation. These four points decide how high it is.
-
Roles and permissions
An application for one team with equal rights is far leaner than one where management, back office and external partners each see something different.
-
Integration with existing systems
Whether inventory, accounting or CRM need connecting, and whether those systems have a documented interface, is usually the single largest item.
-
Legacy data
Migrating existing data takes time, especially where it has grown over years and been entered inconsistently. Sometimes a clean start is cheaper.
-
External access
As soon as people outside your company use the application, sign-in, permission checks and a higher security effort come with it.
“I can only recommend them. Very quick response to my enquiry, and professional handling from start to finish.”
Web apps & custom software: frequently asked questions
When the process you want to model is part of your business and not interchangeable. For accounting, payroll or email there are excellent off-the-shelf products, and building your own would be a waste. It becomes worthwhile when you constantly work around standard software, when people at your company retype data from one system into another, or when a product forces a way of working you consider wrong. We assess this before quoting and turn work down when the effort will not pay off.
Yes, and it is usually the better route. We cut the project so a first usable part is in service after around eight weeks, rather than working towards one big launch six months out. You see early whether the application holds up day to day, and we build on real feedback instead of assumptions. There is no package thinking for the expansion: every addition is quoted separately and you decide again after each step.
Your data, the documentation and the domain belong to you, even though we host and manage the application for you. We give you access to every system. If you want to take over the source code, we agree the handover separately. We deliberately use widely known technologies rather than in-house building blocks, so any other development team can take the application over.
We run the application on our own servers in the EU, with daily backups and a named contact for incidents. What operation costs depends on user numbers, data volume and availability requirements, so it appears as its own item in the quote rather than as a flat fee. Without a care contract we hand the application over to your IT in full, including documentation for operation and recovery.
At least eight weeks, longer depending on scope. The duration depends mainly on how many roles and permissions there are, which existing systems are connected and whether legacy data has to be migrated. We split larger applications into stages: the first usable part is in service after around eight weeks, further features follow step by step. You receive a binding schedule together with the fixed-price quote, so you can plan from the start.
Small adjustments during the project are included in the fixed price. We work in short steps and show you the current state continuously, so changes surface early rather than at the end. If a new requirement comes up that goes beyond the agreed scope, you receive a quote for it first, also at a fixed price. You decide whether it is built now or in a later stage. Nothing gets more expensive without your prior agreement.
