Hosting & care

Hosting at €45 per month covers one domain, up to 50 subdomains, an email server for your domain or, alternatively, a connection to your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, an SSL certificate, servers in the EU and daily backups. Care costs an additional €75 per month and requires our hosting. It includes one hour of CMS maintenance per month, a monthly update of your Google Business Profile, keyword monitoring with on-page optimisation and technical SEO checks for crawl errors and Core Web Vitals. Both packages give you one named person to reach.

For care, yes. Care is only available together with our hosting on our own servers in the EU, because there we can act on incidents ourselves rather than waiting on a third party. If you have your own IT or an existing host, we hand the finished website over to you with every credential. Operation and upkeep then sit with you. Ownership is unaffected: the site belongs to you either way.

Hosting and care can be cancelled with three months’ notice to the end of a calendar year. The yearly term has a practical reason: your domain is also registered for one year at a time. On cancellation you receive all data, credentials and a complete copy of the site. If you move to another provider, we hand over in an orderly way and in good time before the contract ends, so your website and email accounts move without a gap.

We usually notice ourselves: we monitor the availability of every website around the clock and are alerted automatically if it goes down. You can also contact your named person directly, without a ticket queue. We usually take care of it the same day. Because we have access to servers and backups ourselves, the cause is mostly fixed quickly, without a third party having to be brought in first. Every site is backed up daily, so an earlier state can be restored.
